Common questions
I missed a day. Is my progress lost?
No. A missed day does not undo your progress, and your palm keeps everything it has grown. On a hard day you can take a rest day, read just one page, or use a 10-minute pass.
How does the app lock work?
You choose the apps that distract you. They stay locked until today’s reading is done, then open for the rest of the day. The lock uses Apple’s Screen Time, so iOS asks for permission the first time. We never see which apps you pick.
The free plan locks 1 app. Pro locks as many apps as you like, and whole categories.
My apps are still locked after I read.
- Open the app once so it can record today’s reading.
- Check that Screen Time is on, in the iPhone’s Settings, Screen Time.
- If the apps are still locked, write to us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?
Open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Read Quran Daily. A yearly or monthly plan renews automatically until you cancel it there.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off usage counts?
In the app, go to Settings, Privacy. After that nothing more is sent. The privacy policy lists exactly what the counts include and never include.
How do I delete my data?
Your reading progress, bookmarks and notes are stored only on your iPhone. Use “Erase everything on this iPhone” in the app’s Settings, or delete the app.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. All 604 pages and the translations are inside the app, and prayer times are calculated on your iPhone.
